Our client in Pretoria is recruiting for DevSecOps Process & Quality Manager (Advanced) to join their team.
Description
Steer Operational Excellence within the CBS Domain.
Drive continuous improvement related to DevSecOps Quality overall (Processes, KPIs, Skillsets etc.).
Active collaboration with Delivery Managers regarding areas of improvement within their respective Feature teams.
Monitor and report on monthly OPS KPI achievements and ensure that below target KPIs improve by way of knowledge sharing and coaching of the various Feature teams.
QlikView Operations KPI knowledge (expert) incl. training/knowledge sharing to teams.
Expert In-depth knowledge of Change, Incident & Problem Management incl. training/knowledge sharing to teams.
In depth understanding and experience in Configuration Management, Technical as well as Business Management in CMDB | FNT Command, ServiceBus, LSV ValueMation, Connect IT, MyIT incl. training / knowledge sharing to teams.
Support teams to ensure compliance within the Product environment (YPA & Product Depot).
Technical Lifecyle Management: Support with ordering and managing of infrastructure and analysing/monitoring the month-to-month consumption cost for various applications; Assist with the retiring of applications / decommissioning of infrastructure; Update Technical Architecture in Connect IT etc.
Manage and update security patches for Products Web, Linux and PostgreSQL.
IT Security Compliance: Support teams with their IT Security Documentation in eGRC; Cloud Security KPIs etc.
One of the designated IT Security Purple Belt delegates.
IAM (Identity and Access Management) support in IDAS, RoMA, PITA by managing Technical Users / QQ Accounts, Passwords and Role Assignments.
Assist with driving relevant key initiatives e.g. ITSM.NEXT.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Skills Requirements:
IT / Business Degree / Diploma / Equivalent years of experience.
ITIL IT Service Management Certification (advantageous).
3 - 5 years IT Service Management experience in terms of Processes, KPIs & Quality Management.
Broad experience with DevOps Processes and tools.
Broad experience with ITIL principles and processes, in particular related to IT Delivery & Operations.
In-depth knowledge of Problem, Incident & Change Management as well as Configuration Management.
Knowledge and experience with project management principles and methodologies, related to software development.
Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent skills in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence) to the level of providing hands-on coaching in these components.
In-depth understanding of On-Premises Infrastructure.
General understanding of AWS Cloud and the AWS Product Services with the focus on the Security Hub (Security findings) and Cost Management/Cloud Billing.
Advanced IT Security compliance understanding.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
In depth knowledge of the Agile Working Model (AWM) and the IT Processes within AWM.
Understanding the clients Process Model.
General Test Management understanding (Test Cases, can perform test executions, regression testing etc).
