You will support activities to simplify and automate controls to drive efficiency within the department. You will review control outputs daily and investigate any defects identified. You will do monthly outcome testing and auditing against regulatory requirements that impact my department. What amazing People will bring to the role:xf0x9fxa4xa9 I document the results and provide analysis around my findings. You understand the clients requirements and proactively work with other departments around the business to put controls in place to ensure those requirements are achieved. You are able to recognize this and perform root cause analysis to understand the reasons for things not going quite right and feed this back to my wider team.You will complete monthly quality checks ensuring internal processes have been followed accurately and provide analysis of results along with any trends / findings identified. You are very familiar with understanding key drivers for how a dialler performs and I can articulate the reasons behind performance.
