Assisting learners/ employees in the class who do not understand.
Preparing and updating reports pertaining training
Processing all documents accurately and timely according to XUi-AD policies and procedures
Filing documents for records to ensure compliance and future retrieval.
Deliver quality training which includes learnership, apprentice, trade testing, ARPL, KM & PM trade facilitation, and regulatory requirements to ensure that trainees are able to achieve the required level of competence and understand the safe working procedures and regulatory requirements.
Preparing work plans after fully scoping out the issues
Facilitate learners to be able to run diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions.
Facilitate learners to be able to Inspect vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts.
Facilitate learners to be able to repair or replace vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines and other associated parts.
Facilitate learners to be able to complete oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment and brake checks.
Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in Education, Training, or a related field on NQF 5 and higher, with Diesel Mach Trade Test qualification.
Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system and the mechanisms of a diesel engine
In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms
Proven experience in facilitating, assessing and moderation leadership.
Work experience
2 to 3 years of experience in facilitating, Assessor and Moderation
Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment
Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools.
