Job Description
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join their mining company, located in Mpumalanga. As a Diesel Mechanic in the mining industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment.Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on diesel-powered mining equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Replace faulty parts and components as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Grade 12
- Trade Test: Diesel Mechanic
- N3 Certificate
- 5 years' experience as a diesel mechanic in the mining industry
- Extensive experience in TMM's.
- Experience working on heavy mining equipment, such as drills, loaders, and trucks
- Salary: Negotiable
