Job Description
Job Summary Duties:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
- Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, gearboxes, and braking system
- Checking vehicle electrical systems
- Performing preventative maintenance and services on yellow machinery
- Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist
- Attending to breakdowns and servicing
- Current Diesel Mechanic experience on Tucks and yellow equipment Volvo, Scania, Mercedes Benz
- Diesel Trade, Red Seal preferably
- NQF Level 6 or above in Diesel/Motor Mechanics
- Advanced experience in the Yellow Metal Industry
- Code 10 or above driver's licence
