Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager

Job Description


Main Functions:

  • Develop, manage and implement a multi-channel digital acquisition marketing strategy with senior leaders, to ensure that objectives of lead generation on and digital media initiatives are met and maintained
  • Manage monthly marketing spend and accurately estimate the cost of acquisition marketing
  • Analyse and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, customers technologies and sites, for cutting-edge programs across digital platforms
  • Develop recommendations to reach new customers through digital campaigns, including content creation, creative and messaging strategies
  • Maintain relationships with the traditional marketing and sales teams
  • Managing budgets
  • Manage digital creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
  • Work with CRM systems analyst to maximise the impact of campaigns
  • Work with the web team to ensure prospect experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the digital sales cycle
  • Make sure you up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, such as AI and leverage them to enhance the marketing strategies
  • Developing and manage affiliate/influencer social media marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • BA in Marketing Communication or a tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, or similar
  • At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing
  • Proven record of successful digital campaign management.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and landing page optimisation
  • Expert knowledge in the following programs: GoogleAds, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress or similar, Hootsuite or similar
  • Experience in Email marketing using MailChimp or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebooks (META) paid advertising platform, organic social media storytelling, paid search, affiliate marketing and or digital content creator marketing, display media, and sponsored content campaigns
  • Expertise in digital operations and digital business strategy
  • Agency background or experience working with digital media agencies is highly desired
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to coach, influence and partner with teams across the organisation and take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and its framework
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools
  • Experience in Property or Real Estate Marketing is advantageous, as with multi-product marketing experience, but not essential
