SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to join their dynamic brand team. The ideal candidate will have a strong skill set in all aspects of , including website management, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media strategies, content creation, and digital analytics reporting.As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and driving digital growth across global markets. A strong interest in skincare will be beneficial, as the team is passionate about this category.Key Performance Areas:

  • Oversee and optimise the company's website with the digital agency to ensure a seamless user experience, consistent branding, and improved conversion rates.
  • Work closely with development teams to enhance functionality, design, and content.
  • Lead and implement SEO best practices with the performance agency to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and monitor SEO performance to drive website traffic and visibility.
  • Strategise, develop, and execute campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
  • Drive engagement and community growth while leveraging analytics to improve strategy and performance.
  • Work with international distributor marketing teams to ensure local channels build consistent brand awareness and online communities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media content, product pages, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with Brand Managers, distributor teams, and creative teams to ensure digital campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Adapt digital marketing strategies to fit diverse international markets, considering local preferences, trends, and regulations.
  • Ensure content resonates with the target audience and supports brand objectives.
  • Stay up to date with key trends and insights in digital marketing.
  • Effectively manage digital channels through community monitoring and responsive query and conversation management.
  • Brief the performance agency and report on performance accordingly.
  • Regularly track, measure, and report on key digital marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Use insights to refine strategies and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a premium consumer goods sector. Experience in the skincare category is advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in all-round digital marketing.
  • Experience in website management.
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong social media acumen with experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to report on and optimise performance (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A keen eye for design and an understanding of how digital branding ties into the overall customer experience.
  • Experience in using AI tools within digital marketing activities is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
