The purpose of the DigitalCampaign Manager role is tomaximise ad delivery efficiencyand effectiveness through thesuccessful execution of thedigital campaign strategy and allrelated operations. The role usesdata and technology to developand fulfil complex, integrated,and multichannel digitalcampaigns, ensuring creativeand engaging messaging and appropriate delivery channelsand reporting. The role supportsdigital campaign managementaccounts and activities inaccordance with the businessintent and trade plans, initiating,managing, and reporting onrelated campaigns, managingmultiple accounts acrosschannels, and taking the lead within the portfolio of accountsto provide end-to-end deliveryaccording to planned timelinesand quality standards. Job ObjectivesDevelop and manage supplier orclient end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across platforms, from execution to optimisation and reporting of campaigns.
Manage and ensure data, technology, and strategy work together to maximise ad delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Effectively manage own portfolio of work while collaborating with creative, strategy and technology teams and vendors to implement and create integrated and multichannel ad campaigns.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of digital campaign plans.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaign strategies, provide recommendations, and adjust to optimise performance and goal conversion.
Provide analysis and insights for reporting, including post campaign reporting.
Ensure invoices are accurate and campaign budgets are executed within required parameters.
Conduct research and utilise insights to optimise and grow future campaigns.
Monitor local and international digital media properties to ensure adherence to best practice principles and provide technical/media assistance when needed.
Keep the brand up to date with changes and advances in the digital marketing landscape and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt.
QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media or related.
Experience+4 years experience in a digital campaign management role in and ops environment, with a proven track record of delivering multiple and large campaigns across digital touch points and channels, using analytics to inform and scale successfu lmarketing campaigns.
Knowledge and SkillsSpecific exposure to delivering digital campaigns in either an eCommerce or FinancialServices environment.
Skilled and proficient in the useof advertising tools (Google Ads,DV360, GAM, Facebook AdManager, tracking andverification tools).
Broad knowledge of the media and marketing ecosystem combined with demonstrable knowledge and experience of marketing principles and practices including customer journey management and content developmentexperience.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the media landscape within the broader retail industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Digital account management -strong ability to keep schedules, prioritise tasks / briefs and ensure campaigns / projects are on time and delivered against business objectives.
Passion for digital marketing withextensive experience andexpertise in digital campaignmanagement.
Mentors team members through challenges or complex issues as needed while playing asupporting role in the integrated development.
Team player and collaborative partner - contributes toward sbuilding a positive team morale.
