Lead multiple sub-projects and tasks related to digital delivery, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and oversee digital systems for project management, including tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM360, Aconex, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Monday.com.
Provide insights and analytics on project performance, including financial and scenario-based modelling using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Visio.
Ensure the delivery of projects by utilizing project management software, collaborating with various teams, and managing budgets and resources.
Act as a Digital Lead, offering technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their capabilities in digital project delivery tools and strategies.
Support the team with the development and execution of feasibility studies and project-specific processes.
Engage with technology suppliers, client IT departments, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.

Key Competencies & Skills:
Project Management: Strong background in project management, with experience in digital project management systems and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Aconex, Procore, MS Project).
Technical Problem Solving: Ability to resolve technical challenges related to project delivery and the integration of digital systems.
Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
Digital Expertise: Proficient in IT/Digital project delivery, with certifications or experience in Microsoft, ITIL, APM/Prince, BIM/ISO19650, and data analytics.
Industry Awareness: Experience in infrastructure, construction, property, and real estate industries. Knowledge of IT methodologies, public sector procurement, and security/cybersecurity is advantageous.
Leadership & Teamwork: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams towards achieving project goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: A relevant university degree in Built Environment, Data/IT/GIS-related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably within the civil works and construction industry.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Project Management, BIM, ITIL, or other related fields.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, ArcGIS Pro) and experience with geospatial analysis is highly desirable.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in managing large, complex projects within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Familiarity with sustainability, carbon reduction, and environmental considerations in project delivery.
