Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos that align with our brand aesthetic and meet the needs of various marketing campaigns. The Photographer/Videographer will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to plan and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring that all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and engaging.Skills:

• Firm handle on a photography studio, its environment, and its processes.

• Capture high-quality video content for various projects.

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.

• Manage video/image archives and organize files/footage.

• Executes standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes,and guidelines.

• Oversees brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality.

• Strong communication skills. Collaborate with creative team to develop photo/video concepts.

• Expert skillset in studying briefs and conceptualizing visuals for the brand.

• Strong work ethic. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

• Basic social media skills including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• 3-5 years experience in studio/photo industry.

• Product photography experience is a must.

• Knowledge of natural lighting, indoor, studio lighting techniques.

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Capture One, or similar software.

• South African citizen.
• Must have a license and own a car.
• Able to commute to Morningside Sandton, Monday to Friday.
• Preferred to have own camera and laptop. Company will provide support for editing programs andadditional equipment such as mics and other accessories.
• Degree in Arts/Media/Advertising. OR proof of experience in this field.
