We have a wonderful, fully remote opportunity for a Mid-Weight Digital Content Producer at an award-winning, established Content agency based in the UK. While fully remote, the successful candidate will be based in South Africa.Working closely with the project team, especially the DWM (Daily Weekly Monthly and Quarterly) Programme Editor and Content Editor, the Digital Content Producer is responsible for the delivery of high-quality, timely content across the project portfolio, with particular focus on content particularly for email content.The Digital Content Producer is also responsible for creating a range of digital content and producing online media assets including blog posts, articles, multimedia content, infographics and interviews across the portfolio.With written content creation and the coordination of said content being a primary focus of this exciting role, our ideal candidate is an experienced Digital Content pro with a passion for content publishing. • Publish editorial digital content for the programme, as well as subbing copy and supporting with image selection
• Support the Print and Digital Production Manager with the publishing of digital content across the portfolio as required
• Provide support across the team for CMS process questions, and report, test and troubleshoot processes
• Create a range of digital content and write features across the portfolio as required, often - but not always - under the direction of the Content Editor
• Liaise with a team of in-house writers and content producers, and network of freelance writers who are producing digital content
• Support daily content meetings
• Work closely with the team to ensure content is created and published in the most timely and creative way
• Monitor relevant news and information websites to help ensure that content is topical and relevant
• Support the team with additional projects as required.

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Industry relevant qualification
• 5+ years' experience
• Stay up to date with the platforms, production techniques and technologies required to complete the role
• Experience developing and publishing editorial content
• Proven ability to work on multi-channel editorial projects, ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met
• A passion for content publishing
• A working knowledge of digital publishing platforms
• Strong attention to detail.
