OverviewAs a Digital Content Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital content projects as part of the broader marketing and content strategy team. Your role involves coordinating with various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the production of high-quality digital content that aligns with Tens vision and strategic plan. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs. Scope of role is defined outside of the job description.New Launches:
  • Oversee digital content for new launches across the globe joining over 300 other platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Translation and their team, particularly around the launch of new languages.
  • Manage new large-scale content initiatives outside of the launch of new platforms.
Oversee ongoing projects including:
  • Platform content management with Django and Drupal
  • Managing uploading and publishing content in multiple languages across digital platforms
  • Suppliers vendor content
  • Restaurant descriptions
  • Site text updates
  • Use Tableau and Excel to generate reports.
Training and Reporting:
  • Conduct training sessions for digital publications reports, email templates, Tableau, site settings, platform banners, and customizable variables.
  • Regularly update and manage documentation for product releases.

  • Please note this is Hybrid working and only applicants based in Cape Town will be considered
  • Lead and manage a total team of 3.
  • Directly manage Digital Content Manager, Digital Content Administrator, and Junior Content Administrator
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital content management or project management.
  • Proficient in use of CMSs, Excel and reporting software.
  • Strong understanding of digital content production processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
