:An exciting vacancy exists at Corporate Office for an experienced and delivery focused Digital Content Specialist professional within the Corporate Services division.Key Performance OutputsThe successful candidate, reporting to the Senior Manager Corporate Communications and will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, managing and implementing a digital marketing and communication strategy;
  • Applying and interpreting the communication strategy onto digital platforms i.e. intranet, internet, social media, mobile and apps;
  • Identifying and assessing new/under leveraged/emerging digital channels of communication (e.g. apps, social media, mobile technologies, blogs, and video);
  • Maintain and help to evolve the voice of web communications;
  • Identifying and communicating website and promotional content and methodologies to internal departments and external vendors;
  • Responsible for improving our communications and brand across all online channels;
  • Establishing process for, managing and executing on-going content projects with established templates and editorial calendars;
  • Ability to design creatives
  • Animation video maker skills will be an added advantage
  • Managing vendor/supplier relationships and service level agreements;
  • Compiling reports to monitor progress and trends;
  • Provide specialist advise to stakeholders;
  • Developing communication documentation to relevant stakeholders and information distribution thereof;
  • Provide input into operational budget, monitor and conduct forecasting.
  • Develop project-specific plans when required and support implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate branding requirements.
  • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
Technical Skills and ExperienceThe following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications, 3 years - 360 credits is essential
  • 3 -5 years' operational experience in Communications/PR/Marketing.
  • Ms Office intermediate experience
  • Strong understanding of website technology, social and email marketing including SEO, SEM, Social Media Platforms
  • Strong technical understanding of Web analytics and the ability to pick up on new monitoring and reporting tools quickly. Knowledge of HTML, CMS and CSS would be advantageous
