We're searching for a top-notch Digital Delivery Modeller, to join our team of pioneers, innovators, and game-changers in our Cape Town office, Geotech Division.Key Responsibilities:Perform modelling and detailing tasksImplement Revit, C3D, and Bentley software for the teamDevelop Autodesk templates, libraries, and tools to maintain standardsConduct programming within Autodesk using visual coding and automation techniquesPerform quality audits on outgoing drawingsStandardize all drawings on projectsVisualize 3D models of projects for presentationsImplement Building Information Modelling (BIM)Handle Autodesk troubleshooting and interface setup within the departmentParticipate in technical discussions and project delivery meetingsMentor, train, and provide technical support to junior staffConduct conceptual and detailed design and modelling to prepare technical drawings and documentationProvide practical and economical solutions to project deliverablesApply a deep understanding of modelling principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problemsMaintain a high level of modelling expertise and engineering knowledgeUndertake supervisor roles and lead projectsContribute to the overall management and profitability of the functional groupEnsure drawings and documentation meet the highest quality standardsMaintain client satisfactionAdhere strictly to SMECxe2x80x99s Management System (MS), quality standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) proceduresIntroduce Graduate Engineers to in-house standards and practical application of tasks and construction techniquesAssist Project Managers with site queries and reporting solutionsRecommended Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Professional Registration in Draughting (Autodesk Certified)Minimum of 10 years of professional experienceMinimum of 5 years in similar positionProficiency in Revit, C3D, Bentley and any other discipline-associated software essentialBIM360/ ACC and ProjectWise ProficiencyModelling and detailing to required LOD outlined in BEPExperience working on major infrastructure/ building projectsAbility to work well within team and positive attitude to your workStrive to deliver projects on time and to budgetHow to ApplyAll applications must be submitted online.
