Our client an occupational health service based in Centurion is urgently looking for a Digital Design and Marketing Specialist with advanced design skills to craft visually appealing content that aligns with marketing strategies.In order to be considered the following is required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field provides a strong foundation in both design and marketing principles.
• The National Certificate: Advertising and Advanced Digital Marketing is a highly regarded qualification recognized by the industry (Digital Marketing Qualifications & Certificates | Digital School of Marketing). It offers a comprehensive approach to both advertising and digital marketing
• Programs that incorporate elements of both disciplines, like "BA Digital Marketing and Communication" offered by institutions like Inscape (Design Education | BA Digital Marketing and Communication xe2x80x93 Inscape)

Responsibilities:
Design Skills:

• Graphic design: Creating visuals like logos, social media graphics, and website elements.
• User experience (UX) design: Focusing on how users interact with digital products and ensuring a smooth experience
• User interface (UI) design: Designing the look and feel of digital products to be user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing

Marketing Skills:

• Content marketing: Developing engaging content like blog posts, social media captions and email newsletters
• Social media marketing: Managing a brand's social media presence and creating content to drive engagement
• Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimizing content to rank higher in search engine results
• Analytics: Tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance to measure success.
• Essentially, they bridge the gap between design and marketing, ensuring campaigns are visually appealing and effective in reaching a target audience
• Exposure and Experience: Adobe Creative Suite and marketing tools like Google Analytics
