We have a fantastic on-site opportunity for a creative and experienced Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join the Marketing team at a renowned, global brand in Somerset West.You'll be responsible for designing Marketing and campaign collateral for in-store and digital use, as well as internally when required. • Interpret briefs and develop creative artwork on a campaign basis
• Conceptualise and complete a brief from start to finish
• Design marketing collateral for digital, including but not limited to icon development, web elements, motion graphics, PowerPoint presentations, Google Ads, social media design, emailers, image editing, video editing - rollout translations and resize videos, vector design skills, and any ad-hoc requests.

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia arts
• Minimum 3-5 years agency experience
• Must be able to present an extensive design portfolio of work to be sent with CV
• Strong understanding of how social media is used and applied
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must have a clear understanding of Print design as well as Digital Design (responsive, mobile etc)
• Experience with UX/UI Design - beneficial however not essential
• User Experience Design - advantageous
• Energetic and hard-working, must have a problem-solving attitude
• Deadline driven
• Creative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently and prioritise
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Stay up to date with the latest design and social media trends
• Adaptable
• Challenges traditional methods and approaches.
