• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase the company's user base and achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising, to maximize ROI.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting as necessary to improve results.
• Identify and test new channels and technologies that can lead to growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling messaging and creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve optimal results.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in growth marketing and integrate innovative practices into the marketing strategy.
• Report to the Leadership Team the number of leads generated and the number of appointments booked per week.
• Prepare marketing budgets and oversee expenses vs ROI.
• Develop improvement methods based on analytical campaign reports.
• Foster positive professional relationships with other companies and vendors.

Requirements:Education:

• Bachelor's or Masterxe2x80x99s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams.

Skills:

• Expert level in metrics, figures, and finance.
• Proficient in Google AdWords, campaign development, and aesthetics & design.
• Expert in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Expertise in budget allocation.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a customer service focus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Tech Requirements:

• PC: Intelxc2xae Corexe2x84xa2 i7 or greater, 16GB RAM or greater.
• Internet: Stable broadband connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• High-quality noise-canceling headset and HD web camera.
