Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
Campaign Management: Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn) from planning to analysis.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies, both organic and paid, on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
SEO & SEM: Collaborate with teams to ensure SEO best practices drive organic growth.
Content Strategy: Develop and manage content calendars aligned with digital strategies for audience engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to refine strategies.
Budget Management: Optimise campaign budgets for cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Website Management: Make website changes and edits on Shopify, Squarespace, and WordPress.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in paid media management.
Proficient in the area of Google Advertising and Facebook Paid advertising.
Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
