We are looking for a results-driven and strategic digital marketing professional who can develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns through strategic insights, client management, and hands-on execution. Based in Ballito.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
• Campaign Management: Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn) from planning to analysis.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies, both organic and paid, on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• SEO & SEM: Collaborate with teams to ensure SEO best practices drive organic growth.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage content calendars aligned with digital strategies for audience engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to refine strategies.
• Budget Management: Optimise campaign budgets for cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Website Management: Make website changes and edits on Shopify, Squarespace, and WordPress.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in paid media management.
• Proficient in the area of Google Advertising and Facebook Paid advertising.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
