Support the Head of Marketing and manage all digital marketing and communication concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Copy Editing
Write, review, edit, and update marketing content.
Design promotional materials with the creative team.
Propose future content ideas.
2. Digital Marketing
Develop drafts using digital publishing platforms.
Schedule content in line with strategies.
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO guidelines.
Engage consumers on social media and respond to queries.
Monitor social media and website metrics.
Collaborate with teams to illustrate articles.
Measure web traffic.
Create engaging social media content.
Manage social media channels.
Develop multimedia content.
Launch and manage campaigns.
Build relationships with influencers.
Conduct audience research.
Monitor and report social media performance.
Research trends and techniques.
3. Design
Create collateral (graphic design, logos, brochures, etc.).
Liaise with external design and print houses.
Coordinate with departments for design needs.
4. Communication & Administrative Support
Manage printed collateral distribution and stock levels.
Obtain quotes and place orders.
Coordinate press clippings and media database.
Supervise estate photography.
Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant tertiary education in Marketing and Design.
Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative ideas.
