Job SummaryKey Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Email & CRM Marketing

• Support the creation of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
• Maintain and update CRM databases to optimize customer engagement
• Track and analyze email campaign performance
• SEO & Website Management

• Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content
• Paid Advertising & Analytics

• Assist in setting up and managing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Generate reports using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and scheduling tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
