Our client in the Medical Devices industry is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Lead, in Pretoria.Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and managing various aspects of digital marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels to achieve business objectives.
Creation, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns on various platforms.
Reporting and navigating GA4.
Analysing and reporting campaign data.
Setting up and testing goals and conversion tracking.
Collaborating with marketing and external teams for creative alignment, performance improvement, and budget efficiency.
Agency management for all digital campaigns.
Assisting with analytics, reporting, and tracking of conversions and insights.
Supporting business objectives and projects by exploring new opportunities and creating processes.
Handling administrative tasks related to digital marketing, providing insights for strategic direction, budgeting, and ad hoc business projects.
eDigital Campaign Management:
Manages digital marketing campaigns across platforms and manages agency relationships.
Leads creative and copy briefing process for digital evergreen campaigns.
Conducts digital campaign audits and account analysis.
Assists with reporting and budgeting requirements for 3rd party digital campaign service providers.
Retail and Ecommerce Management:
Works with the retail marketing team to build digital marketing strategies, budgets, and marketing plans.
Assists with the briefing process, creative development, and implementation of tactical plans.
Reports on platform performance weekly.
Manages 3rd party agencies and supports broader teams with ecommerce platforms.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Assists with end-to-end analytics tracking, monitoring, and improvement across platforms.
Assists with goal setup and testing and conducts audits on campaigns and website conversion tracking.
Collaborates with the Development team for accurate tracking of conversions.
Strategic Management Support:
Assists with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Contributes to strategic business projects and explores new possibilities for digital reach and sales channels.
B2C Digital Marketing Administration and Budget Management:
Assists with overall digital marketing administration.
Assists with B2C Digital Marketing payments-related requests.
Manages all digital campaigns ad accounts.
QMS: Sales and Marketing:
Ensures QMS guidelines are adhered to.
Ensures all processes are kept relevant.
Requirements:
5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related Commerce Degree.
Course/Certificate in digital marketing.
Experience in international markets.
Skills and Knowledge (essential):
Digital platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc)
GA4.
Thorough understanding of conversion tracking systems.
Digital target markets/audiences and campaign KPIs.
Predict campaign performance, based on previous experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills
TV Streaming (desirable)
Google Tag Manager (desirable)
Experience in Marketing Cloud intelligence/Marketing automation (desirable)
Remuneration:
R400 000 - R550 000 per annum plus a 13th cheque, pension & risk benefit contribution.
