:A growing company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its global marketing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to shape brand presence, drive business growth, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets and a proven ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include enhancing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and leading a marketing team to achieve business objectives. This is a full-time, in-office position with working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy: This includes defining target audiences, setting clear objectives, and outlining strategies for each key region. The strategy should encompass both online and offline initiatives where appropriate, with a strong focus on digital.
  • Champion and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and regions.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising campaigns, and website analytics. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Market research, budget management, and agency management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support their professional growth.
  • Driving Digital Marketing to the next level
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements * Marketing qualification required
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a focus on international markets
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • A strong understanding of international marketing dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
