Position Overview:







We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing trends, SEO, social media, and performance marketing. Working closely with our Content Manager, the successful candidate will develop a digital-first approach to drive brand awareness, engagement and client acquisition, tracking performance and ROI.






Responsibilities:






Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. Collaborate with Brand and Design to develop compelling creatives that resonate with target accounts and persona. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic and conversion of high-quality leads. Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor and manage the website in Wordpress, including the performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools. Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to build community. Monitor and report on the performance of digital paid media campaigns, including key metrics such as CPC, CPA and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Analyze key performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.



Qualifications:






Experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.). Strong knowledge of content marketing, email marketing (HubSpot) is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
