We are currently expanding our online presence and seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to help us reach new heights.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online sales, and grow our customer base. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Website Development & Management:

Overseeing the design and development of a user-friendly and visually appealing website. Ensuring the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and mobile devices. Managing website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and special offers.

Online Sales & Marketing:

Developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive sales, such as email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions. Managing online orders and customer inquiries. Exploring and implementing online delivery options.

Social Media Management:

Creating engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and blog posts. Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers. Running social media advertising campaigns.

Email Marketing:

Building and maintaining an email list. Developing and sending targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer surveys. Analyzing email campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.

Brand Building:

Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity across all digital channels. Monitoring online reviews and responding to customer feedback. Identifying and exploring new digital marketing opportunities.
