In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our strategy to attract and convert participants into our course offerings.This is a new venture with a lean budget. We need to prove the strategy and advertising work before we can scale it. Your objective will be to define and implement a sustainable, cost-effective digital marketing platform that fills each class profitably.What Were Looking For:3+ years of corporate digital marketing or social media marketing experience.You've managed demand generation campaigns for online learning or related services.Expertise in marketing automation creating email sequences and campaigns that convert. We work in ActiveCampaign.Proven track record managing social media ad campaigns on Meta of R10,000-100,000/monthYou love data and tinkering with strategies and tactics to optimize your campaigns for maximum impact.Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.Social media is more than an interest, its a passion. You have managed social media marketing calendars, and youve created some kickass content thats delivered above average Likes and comments.Youre an excellent communicator and storyteller. Youve got a portfolio of writing and marketing samples to back it up.Collaborative spirit. You can get stuff done on your own, but working with a team and sharing ideas is so much more fun.A lifelong learner. You love to read, research, and maybe you feel youre a bit of a marketing geek.Continuously takes initiative and embraces change.What we are really looking for is a smart, talented, hard working marketer that can grow with us. We cant wait to speak with you.Job Details:Salary: R30,000 - 40,000 / month, depending on experienceWorking Hours: Flexible but available for meetings between 2pm to 7pm SAST (to align with the Canadian team)Hybrid Position: The position is hybrid.
