Job Description


Purpose:

  • Enhance digital technical performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within customer service personnel, product managers, sales personnel, and marketing personnel.
  • Web content management on websites
  • Digital marketing for all BUxe2x80x99s including strategy, content management, social media, paid campaigns and associated reporting
Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Web Content Management:
  • Manage website - across all BUxe2x80x99s:
  • Customization of creative, as/when required
  • Ensuring all SKU are published on time and updated when required
  • Manage banners across all BUs to ensure product visibility and awareness
  • Ensure ticketing systems are utilized for all web-related tasks and that such tasks are managed and closed timeously
  • Manage strategy with a goal to increase traffic to website
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales and Marketing Managers to enhance Search Engine Optimization on website
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure independent customersxe2x80x99 and distributor list remains regularly updated
  • Aspire to make a leading subsidiary in web content management and provision of such content to its customers through procured content syndication tools
  • Comply with Global standards on all online content, including monitoring the compliance of customer websites
  • Compiling monthly reports and analysis / optimizations pertaining to the above, or as requested by HQ, RHQ and FSExe2x80x99s
  • Manage and develop ad hoc microsites
  • Develop a website review strategy
  • Develop a sign-up strategy with the effort of growing the database
  • Develop a communication & content strategy for the database
Retail Content Management (OSM):
  • Align with and guide Sales team to ensure their product SKU are listed on retailer websites accurately and on time
  • Syndicate content to retailers via procured content syndication tools
  • Collaborate with Sales to actively seek cooperative digital opportunities on retailer websites and channels for the Brand and products
  • Ensure that the brand is present with a visibility strategy on retailer websites in accordance with Sales and Marketing Managers
  • Assist Sales in providing retailers with attractive images for products listed
Digital Marketing Management:
  • Prepare annual Digital Marketing strategy.
  • Support and help optimize digital media plans with Marketing Specialists - setting KPIxe2x80x99s, content management and production, reporting.
  • Track performance on a weekly basis and redirect investment where required to achieve goals
  • Apply Global digital strategy and identify suitable online marketing methods in line with Global best practice
  • Ensure that online campaigns are executed and adhere to BI and campaign strategy
  • Brief and obtain proposals from agencies
  • Evaluate proposals and costs
  • Approve / supply creative and campaign strategy
  • Monitor and measure online campaigns
  • Post campaign reporting
  • Daily management of SNS platforms
  • Management of outsourced vendors
  • Manage live streaming shows
Operational management:
  • Monthly management and updating of digital marketing budget and plans
  • Uploading plans, CExe2x80x99s, POxe2x80x99s, invoices, vouchers, process payment once proof of work received
  • Develop briefs for digital agencies and web administration services
  • Project management of all digital transformation activities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant Degree / Diploma in Marketing or similar
  • 5 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
  • Full understanding of web development processes
  • Digital marketing workflows and campaigns
  • Market analysis and trends
  • Ecommerce website management experience
