You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, managing paid media campaigns, and driving content performance across multiple platformsKey Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strong social media and data-driven strategies to maximize engagement and viral potential across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Manage a team of graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality, engaging content.
  • Analyze reports and trends to formulate and implement action plans that drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies for lead generation and brand awareness across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Implement launches and promotions within guidelines, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to ensure the right users are reached at the right time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to optimize content performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work closely with in-house designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, messaging, audience segments, and visuals to identify high-performing combinations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related
  • 2-3 years in a digital marketing role with proven expertise in social media growth strategies and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viral content strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an initiative-taking mindset.
