A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communication
A Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales with proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Prior experience in a tech startup or technology environment advantageous
Strong understanding of technology and the digital services industry
Strong working knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate, create and manage advertising solutions
Work closely with the Head of Sales to implement strategic advertising sales plans and source and acquire new agencies and clients through effective sales techniques
Understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of our advertising products and services
Prepare and deliver compelling briefs for agencies to execute
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and opportunities and use insights to make recommendations to adjust sales strategies and offerings
Manage and oversee agencies within your portfolio
Meet and exceed set revenue targets and maximize revenue inflow
Use analytics tools to evaluate the ROI of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
