Ongoing Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact, providing consistent updates and ensuring alignment between digital goals and project deliverables.

Social Media & Digital Project Strategy



Project Brief Development:

Draft comprehensive project briefs outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables for digital campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing.

Strategic Problem-Solving:

Analyse client business challenges and propose digital and social media solutions that enhance engagement and brand awareness.

Documentation & Functional Specifications



Technical Documentation:

Develop functional specification documents that clearly define digital and social media project requirements, including platform guidelines, content strategies, and analytics.

Project Clarity:

Ensure all project documentation is thorough, clear, and actionable for creative, development, and marketing teams.

Project Planning & Execution



Project Management Tools:

Create and maintain project plans using tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or other agreed-upon platforms for digital marketing and social media scheduling.

Timeline & Budget Management:

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope and financial constraints.

Project Delivery & Quality Assurance



On-Time, High-Quality Delivery:

Ensure all digital and social media projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Quality Control:

Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring digital content and social media campaigns align with business and client expectations.

Testing & Delivery Sign-Off

Travel & Client Meetings
