Job Description


Grow Mediamark revenue through focus on the following key areas: Digital Sales, Digital Analytics & Insights, limited focus on radio digitalDuties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Digital Team in creating digital products to take to market
  • Position & grow Mediamark Digital properties in market
  • Assess client digital strategies & assist sales team in creating solutions to meet client needs
  • Drive data-based digital proposals by liaising with A&I on digital stats & research
  • Drive Digital post campaign analysis & case studies
  • Working with Adops to ensure digital campaigns are optimised, campaign deliverables are met
  • Lead effective Digital Marketing Strategies, in collaboration with Brands/ platforms, to ensure client objectives are measured, managed, and exceeded
  • Grow & promote new ecosystem products including podcasts
  • Suggest and manage key research studies with Brand Partners that yield new insights into consumer online behaviour (including motivational/attitudinal behaviour)
  • Utilise first party and third-party data and insight in all proposals and presentations.
  • Achieving the clientxe2x80x99s strategic brand and business objectives by working with internal team and clients to provide them with guidance to achieve execution of strategies
  • Support and promote the integration of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of output to the client
  • Support Mediamarkxe2x80x99s Sales Operations division by learning and imparting knowledge with the aim to have digital permeated organically through all integrated customer solutions.
  • Combine an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online and offline strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends ensuring Mediamark remains on the cutting edge of all things connected / digital.
  • Assist in pitching and onboarding of new Digital Partners.
  • Create integrated "360 degree" concepts that span platforms/ audiences in Mediamark stable across audio and digital supported by data & analytics
  • Assist with client briefs, creative/ concepts/ "big idea" client briefs for integrated strategy & execution within Mediamark stable
  • Sales Collateral Creation and Management
  • Proactive integrated concepts
  • Assist all teams in market
  • Build & cost integrated product created by Mediamark
Qualifications
  • Matric or Equivalent
  • Sales and Marketing and/or Media Degree/Diploma preferred.
  • Post Graduate qualification would be advantageous.

Experience
  • At least 5 years of agency / client facing digital / integrated media strategy
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in and ability to interpret research analysis: Google Analytics; Ad Software platforms (DFP) and to use this to support the sales challenge
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience and working knowledge of Programmatic and Direct Digital sales
