Digital Studio Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a driven candidate to work in a high pressure, fast-moving environment. Ability to find solutions on the go & adapt to unexpected challenges & deadlines. You are the centre that holds the team together, so a can-do attitude is essential to ensure we produce work of a high caliber. Your attention to detail will ensure we don't miss anything. Your speed & accuracy key to accurate costing & resource planning. Your technical knowledge will ensure projects are executed efficiently & use the right skills. Above all you are so organized that you write your dog a to-do-list every morning!
Responsibilities
Developing project scopes & objectives, involving all stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility Costing accurately based on scope Co-ordinating internal resources ( and external when required) Developing detailed project plans to track progress accurately Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget Ensuring resource availability & allocation to projects Report & escalate to management as necessary Manage relationships with other departments (Client Service, HUB, Design, Animation, DTP etc)
Requirements
Proven working experience as a digital & social project manager In-depth knowldeg of web-based & social technologies Excellent client-facing & internal communication skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills Solid organizational skills including great attention to detail, retention of information & multi-tasking Good understanding of people Good at managing conflict Solutions driven Reliable Working knowledge of : Microsoft Office, Teams, Workbook, Google Docs Experience with digital & social media plans & chase lists Experience in a digital advertising agecny * "a thick skin"!
