JOB PURPOSEA generalist system administrator who is comfortable with maintaining and enhancing internal group systems. The job purpose would be to provide support and maintenance to the internal ticketing system, users desktop application content management, as well as administrator for Office365 suite of products, including SharePoint, MS Teams, Forms and Power Automate. Logging Tickets with supporting partners when necessary and ensuring that bugs and fixes are complete or are resolved internally by the administrator. Tracking external support tickets and driving to completion of internal supporttickets. Reporting system uptime, hours used in fixing or restoring services. Keeping abreast of the required annual renewal of system licenses. There will also be an element of user training or getting involved in the creation of training material together with Human Capital.RESPONSIBILITIESUser Support
