Job Description


Are you an experienced Digital Talent Attraction Specialist with demonstrated success in social media marketing or digital recruitment campaigns? With 3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing foreign language talent (preferably German and Dutch speakers).An ideal candidate would have an innovative & creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and digital engagement, with a relentless drive to find and attract top talent!Key Requirements:

  • A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, HR, Communications or related fields.
  • 3 - 5 years in recruitment experience preferably in sourcing foreign language talent (preferably German and Dutch speakers).
  • Demonstrated success in social media marketing or digital recruitment campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytic platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to create eye-catching content.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and cultural sensitivity in engaging with diverse talent pools.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle - essential.
Highly Advantageous Requirements:
  • Multilingual skills (especially German or Dutch).
  • Experience in employer branding or talent attraction in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Call Center sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies for German and Dutch-speaking talent, leveraging social media, digital platforms and community networks.
  • Develop a robust digital presence to attract and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other niche forums.
  • Forge connections with expat communities, language schools and cultural organizations to create a steady pipeline of foreign language speakers.
  • Craft compelling content and campaigns that highlight the benefits of working in South Africa/Namibia for global BPO brands, tailored to German and Dutch speakers.
  • Manage and optimize paid social ads, sponsored content, and SEO strategies to drive candidate attraction.
  • Utilize video marketing, employee testimonials and virtual events to create engaging recruitment narratives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and social media performance data to refine sourcing strategies and improve Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools and recruitment technologies to enhance talent discovery and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align talent attraction strategies with brand positioning and employer branding.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, maintaining ongoing engagement through digital channels.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying our agency's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
