We are seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking Business Analyst with expertise in the Manufacturing Industry domain to drive our digital transformation initiatives with our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for digital innovation, and develop comprehensive strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, emerging technologies, and change management principles to deliver successful digital transformation projects that drive business value.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data flows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
• Develop and implement digital transformation roadmaps that align with the client's business goals, technology capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to capture business requirements and prioritize transformation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and advanced analytics to drive operational excellence and business growth.

MUST HAVE

• MESA Certificate of Competency (CoC) certification is desirable.
• Excellent understanding of the ANSI ISA88, ISA95 and ISA99 standards
• Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience working as a consultant, business analyst, or project manager in the Manufacturing Industry domain, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to production planning, supply chain management, quality assurance, and plant floor operations.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, from strategy development to implementation and adoption, within manufacturing organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive tangible results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, facilitate workshops, and present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with emerging technologies and digital solutions, such as IoT platforms, predictive analytics, robotic process automation, and digital twins, in a manufacturing context.
• Solid project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and mitigating risks and issues.
