Remote Digital Marketing Manager needed with at least 8 years experience in the digital field. Candidates from Cape Town preferred.POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Marketing degree
• Experience in the IT industry
• At least 8 years of experience in
• Strong Google Analytics experience
• Experience with Slack
• Proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Able to work from home

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:

• Formulate digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Content Management:

• Oversee content creation for digital channels (website, blogs, social media).
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience.

Social Media Marketing:

• Manage and optimise the companyxe2x80x99s social media presence across platforms, focusing mostly on LinkedIn
• Create engaging content and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

SEO and SEM:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve organic search rankings.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google AdWords, etc.) to increase ROI.
• Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Analytics and Data-driven Decision Making:

• Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor site traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Budget Management:

• Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources across channels to maximize ROI.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, including updates to search engine algorithms, social media trends, and online advertising developments.

Brand Management:

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and campaigns.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback and reviews.
