Job Summary JOB TITLE: Direct Field / External Sales Consultant
AREA: Pretoria, Gauteng
INDUSTRY: Renewable Energy
Salary / CTC: R13,000 R18,000 basic salary + commission (depending on current earnings, qualifications and experience)
Benefits: Fuel allowance, cellphone allowance, commission structure with high earning potential
Report to: Sales Manager
Type: PermanentKey Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and approach potential customers.
- Client Engagement: Conduct site visits, explain product offerings, and assess customer needs.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification (essential).
- 4+ years of field sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, telecoms, or financial services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid drivers license & own reliable transport (essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Reliable car and valid drivers license
- Smartphone
- Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
