Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at MZO DIRECT. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As a Direct Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales goals. Ability to travel as needed. Free training provided.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Passed Matric gr12/NQF LV4. SA ID / Passport. No Experience. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is an advantage. * Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
