Description :Essential Job Functions:

• Properly scopes projects including cost and price assessment and resources required.
• Manages projects from business development to implementation and execution.
• Ensures projects meet on-time delivery expectations, profitability expectations and are executed within the scope of the clients expectations.
• Facilitates any deviations with management through ongoing communication.
• Actively participates in the sharing of best practices and organizational skill development.
• Develops capability in out-of-gauge and oversize transportation.
• Manages vendors/suppliers and coaches internal team members to achieve project objectives.
• Compiles minimal project specifications for pricing purposes.
• Processes RFQs.
• Maintains/interacts with select vendors.
• Local support to commercial and operations.
• Coordinates, oversees, records and reports on ongoing projects.
• Designs and prepares proposals.
• Obtains authorization to access terminals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General understanding of the project industry to include equipment types, carrier capabilities, pricing and regulations.
• Strong understanding of African Geography.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Experience in projects pricing, implementation and development.

Certifications and Licences:

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
