• LLB Law degree
• Admitted Attorney, Notary Public, and Conveyancer in South Africa
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience
• Proficiency with legal software (LexisNexis, Search Works, Windeed, or similar)
• Proven experience running a commercial practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Real Estate & Conveyancing team
• Oversee and administer transactions, ensuring efficiency
• Develop operational strategies for the firm
• Manage relationships and contribute to business growth
• Conduct legal research and review Real Estate and conveyancing-related documentation
• Draft and prepare conveyancing documents
• Handle commercial financing and property transfer transactions
