Our client in Athlone is seeking a Dispatch Team Leader to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar field, with knowledge in Perspex, Wood, Vinyl, and Signage manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a hands-on attitude, deadline-driven mindset, and punctuality. The candidate must reside nearby or in Athlone, be willing to work overtime, and be between the ages of 37 and 43. Non-smokers are preferred. DUTIES:

• The team leader is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and communicating work.
• They are responsible for establishing meeting times, managing day-to-day operations, and keeping team members on track.
• Ensure that the organization's goals are met.
• Manage day-to-day operations (planning, organizing, monitoring, and communication).
• Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to efficiently dispatch personnel and resources to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
• Work with the team to optimize routes, minimize travel time, reduce fuel costs, and maximize productivity.
• Oversee and supervise business operations from dispatch to delivery.
• Assign drivers to tasks, optimize drivers' routes, track vehicle locations, collaborate with drivers, and communicate with customers.
• Strong working and communication skills.
• Good attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be punctual at all times.

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 17:00
