Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile Diesel Usage and Calculation
Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
Briefing and debriefing of drivers to ensure timeous delivery
Co-ordinate and manage Tracker and control systems on all vehicles
Budget control - Budget vs Actual
Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
Conduct vehicle inspections and make repair arrangements
Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers and request official purchase orders

Min requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 PLUS 3-years relevant experience in FMCG distribution
Experience with Roadshow and MixTelematics
Experience in FLEET and DISTRIBUTION
Good understanding of fleet utilisation, fuel usage and consumption, planning of loads in a cost-effective manner
