Grade 12 Diploma in Business Management 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. Ability to understand financial data. Experience managing client accounts. Experience managing large teams. MS office (Advanced in excel)

Summary of position / duties

Operations management Staff management Health and safety management Key account management Transfer of learning Adhoc meetings to meet client KPI'S /expectation Meeting in the trade on a weekly basis and oversee trade visit preparation. Excellent operational skill Being in the trade to assist reps - transfer of learning Customer returns management alongside Logistics company Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP's maintained
The working hours Mon-Sun (high level of flexibility).
