We are recruiting District Supervisor in Eastern Cape area and will be responsible diffirent contracts in diffirent sectors.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should be in the possession of a National Diploma of Food Service Management or equivalent At least 5 - 7 years experience in the food service industry Candidates should demonstrate a good command of English language, both verbal and written Demonstrate good knolwede of South African Labour Law Demonstrate an ability to be innovative, agile and a team player A Valid drivers license and a clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage overall services and food offerings in sectors in which we operate Develop and guide food solutions which are tailor made to suit the clients with each sector Compile Operational Budget for assigned area and management thereof Foster exceptional client relations and the ongoing maintenace therof Monitor, manage and evaluate the performance of contracts, including but not limited to: profit and loss, procurement, production and ensure necessary controls are in place, ensure that labour force planning in relation to budgets Ensure All contractual obligations are met and managed within SLA agreements Ensure HSE implementation and the ongoing monitoring thereof Foster sound employee relations and ensure adherance to relevant labour law * Engage in regular team and client meetings
