Divisional Finance Executive

Job Description
My client a JSE listed organization in the automotive industry is seeking a Divisional Financial Executive to join they dynamic team.The successful candidate will report to the managing director, engaging, designing and implementing financial models and overseeing accurate and timeously reporting of the divisional financial results and performance.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Risk Management and safe guarding of assets -Ensuring internal controls in the divisional operating effectively as intended
- Financial analysis -Analyze Gross Profit Margins, reviewing management accounts, managing financial planning and analysis through creation of reports, software implementation and tools for budgeting and forecasting
- Review Monthly GL recon File (Balance Sheet)
- Review Monthly GL recon File (Balance Sheet)
- Review Debtors
- HR, Payroll and commission structures
- Review deferred tax and current tax entries that need to be processed to retained earnings for each dealer
- Reporting -Review and sign off of weekly / monthly flash and final reported numbers together with the Divisional Managing Director
- Group reporting
- Drive the BBBEE compliance and improvement in scoring
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting processes, tools and controls
- CA(SA) is Essential !
- Automotive experience industry exposure is Essential!
