My client a leading Retail Group wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Professional with an exciting career opportunity. The position is based in Nelspruit (Mbombela) Mpumalanga.Requirements:Human Resources experience of at least 5 years as a Generalist.
Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection ESSENTIAL
Retail experience will be an advantage
Qualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR fieldGood planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing skills in EnglishMust be fluent in at least one African language
Must have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level. ESSENTIALMust have liaised/negotiated with Trade Unions
Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel extensivelyMust have a valid passportSA Citizens onlyMust be Criminal ClearMust reside in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga (or be willing to relocate possibly at your cost).Duties:Represent the Company at the CCMATrade Union negotiationsResponsible for recruitment of branch staff
Compilation of HR Management Information
Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with Management, line and staff regarding HR issuesPlease note thhat Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessments
