Job Description

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the environmental and legal services and project management team within the company.?Proven project management experience of IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles compliant projects.? Manage and review projects using the organisations methodology and principles ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and against our quality standards.?Act as a key account manager for designated clients through regular meetings, networking, and fulfilling a project sponsor role.? Provide project reporting and analytics to relevant stakeholders on the divisions progress.? Financial management of the divisions operations, this includes budgeting, forecasting, analysis etc.?People management which includes development, recruitment, coaching and mentoring, disciplining, succession planning and performance management.? Grow our market share through upselling and cross-selling the organisations services to new and existing clients.?Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.?Ensure implementation, effectiveness and relevance of quality management system for the division.?Management of workload schedules for the division thereby ensuring effective workforce planning can be undertaken.?Research new technological and legal developments and trends and communicate this to relevant stakeholders.?Manage the development, growth and technical output of the environmental services division.?10 - 15 years in the Environmental Management field.
? 10 -15 yeas in consulting, would be beneficial.
?At least 10 years project management experience.
?At least five years exposure to the mining industry .
?Management experience desirable, as well as experience leading teams of 5+ staff.
?Experience managing managers would be beneficial. ?The person filling this position must be willing to travel
