Job Summary Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Group ICT and the Divisional Strategy and Policies. Manage operations in the division. Coordinate and manage the divisional budgetary process. Formulate and/or periodically review the divisional Policies and Strategic Plan based on the current IT strategic plan, business plan and/or practices. Manage Service Level Agreements and service provider performance. Compile divisional budget and manage expenditures. Ensure effective management of human capital related to the division. Ensure ICT standards and governances are applied and adhered to in the ICT department. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in information technology. Post Graduate qualification in IT will be advantageous. Seven (7) years experience in a similar environment, minimum of three (3) years experience should be at Senior Management level. The following relevant industry certifications will be advantageous: Project Management e.g. Prince 2, PMBOK Agile methodologies e.g. PMI-ACP, AgilePM, CPO, CEC, CDA Enterprise & Systems Architecture e.g.TOGAF, COBIT
