PermanentPlease note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profileMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo identify, build, and maintain good relationships between doctors and specialists and Mediclinc to grow and develop the businessKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASBuild and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and manage doctor referrals to the hospitalManage communications with doctors and referral partnersEnsure that data is transferred into Management InformationFacilitate the establishment and Practice Development for new DoctorsConduct research on doctor and specialist professional needsProvide assistance with the sourcing and recruitment of new doctorsControl department budgets / financesLead and manage the Doctor Relationship OfficerREQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce related fieldDESIRED EDUCATION: Relevant DegreeREQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years or more experience in service-oriented environment/operations; Healthcare Relationship Building; Business RetentionDESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years or more experience within the healthcare sales industry/business developmentREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
