We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Officer to join our
team. This role is responsible for the systematic control, storage, and retrieval of both digital and physical
documents across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure all records are accurate, accessible,
secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and policies
Ensure documents are properly categorized, indexed, and stored
Manage document version control, tracking, and audit trails
Assist in digitizing and archiving physical documents
Enforce document retention schedules and oversee secure disposal of obsolete records
Provide support and training to staff on document management procedures and tools
Work closely with departments to streamline document workflows
Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Qualifications & Experience:
